Your FORM goggles can connect to a multitude of Garmin and Apple Watches. Please visit our Support Centre for a full list of supported watches.
You can use either a Polar sensor or connect to a compatible Apple Watch or Garmin to see real-time heart rate as you swim open water.
To track real-time heart rate with Polar, you'll need a Polar Verity Sense or OH1/OH1+ sensor (sold separately) and FORM Mounting Clip (included with purchase). Attach the waterproof clip to either side of your goggles, so it sits on your temple. Then, attach the sensor to the mounting clip. Wear your goggles under your cap to accurately record your heart rate.
Yes, the FORM app connects to Training Peaks, Strava, Final Surge, Today's Plan, and Apple Health.
Yes, the FORM goggles come with a 2-year warranty. Defects resulting from material or workmanship will be covered under warranty. For more details, visit our warranty policy.
