You can use either a Polar sensor or connect to a compatible Apple Watch or Garmin to see real-time heart rate as you swim in open water.
To track real-time heart rate with Polar, you'll need a Polar Verity Sense or OH1/OH1+ sensor (sold separately) and FORM Mounting Clip (included with purchase). Attach the waterproof clip to the strap to sit on your temple, next to the display of your goggles. Then, attach the sensor to the mounting clip with the LED lights against your skin. Wear your goggles under your cap to accurately record your heart rate. You can find more instructions on attaching the clip and sensor here.
Your FORM goggles have the same chemical-resistant anti-fog that’s used in diving masks. In order to ensure this coating lasts for as long as possible, we recommend you avoid touching the inside of the lens.
If you store and clean your goggles properly from day one, this will prolong the life of the coating as much as possible.
The FORM lenses are not polarized, but they do have a tinted lens that works for use in both indoor and outdoor lighting.
