Anti-Fog Info

Do I need to apply anti-fog before every swim?

Yes — and here’s why. We chose Gorilla® Glass for its unmatched clarity and long-term durability. But because anti-fog coatings don’t permanently bond to glass, a quick spray is needed before each swim. Day 1 clarity stays the same on day 1000.

Does the anti-fog spray work?

Yes. We tested all the leading sprays on glass and found that a simple mix of water and baby shampoo delivered the best anti-fog performance — hands down — with no eye irritation. It works in all conditions: cold water, warm air, long sessions, and high effort.

Does Smart Swim 2 PRO come with anti-fog spray?

Yes. It includes a ready-to-use spray and a bottle of concentrate for top-ups — enough for 175 swims.

What happens when I run out?

Just mix 25% baby shampoo with 75% water. Don’t have baby shampoo handy? You can use other sprays — or even spit — to keep your vision clear.

I have been using the goggles for pool training

I have been using the goggles for pool training since December and it has been a game changer for me. This summer I have been using in OW and absolutely love it. The swim straight feature definitely make me feel safe in swimming in rough ocean water. Really appreciate the excellent support from the Team and love the continuous improvements. Highly recommend it to all level swimmers

Still no USB C

I was excited to upgrade to the Smart Swim 2 PRO, but one major detail has really soured the experience: the inclusion of a USB-A charging cable instead of USB-C. In 2025, this feels like a baffling and outdated decision.

Yes, swimming goggles aren't currently covered under the EU's Common Charger Directive, but that's no excuse for ignoring progress. The Directive, approved in 2022, mandates USB-C as the standard for most electronics starting December 2024, with good reason it reduces e-waste and the need to carry multiple cables.

Form’s choice to stick with USB-A feels like a cost-cutting measure at the user’s expense. I still have to carry an old plug just for this one device. It's frustrating and out of step with modern expectations.

These are premium-priced goggles, and I expected better attention to detail and future-proofing from a company leading in swim tech.

Another improvement

I have been using Form goggles since March 2020. They constantly keep on improving and now the newest Form are next level and innovative as well. The glass just does not scratch and is so easy to handle. I am very happy to take the extra few seconds before a swim to put on the anti fog to know I definitely will not have fogging. Besides of that, the other functions like headcoach, training plans etc. have helped me improve my swim so much. Well Done Form

FORM Features .... My FORM goggles are a key part of my fitness and competition preparations.

I have been using FORM goggles for several years and find them to be incredibly impactful on my workout mindset. I travel a lot and my FORM goggles track my workouts flawlessly.
I track my sets and the improvements in set times. My times are getting faster all the time and I am looking forward to the Summer Nationals to see where I am for times. I am 65 and swim 3000m about 4-5 times per week. The heart rate monitor is a great way to see how fast I am recovering. 5/5 stars!!
